The Office of the Ombudsman reported that 35 cases related to the flood control scandal are pending in courts, with 31 in the Sandiganbayan and 4 in regional courts.
Senator Jinggoy Estrada is the highest-ranking official arrested in connection with the scandal, while former representative Zaldy Co has evaded legal proceedings since 2025.
