JAMES AGUSTIN/GMA News The Office of the Ombudsman is set to file charges on Thursday against some personalities in Bulacan over a flood control project, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said Wednesday.According to GMA News’ James Agustin, DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon said the charges will be filed before the Malolos Regional Trial Court.“Meron pang padating na kaso. In fact tomorrow meron ulit ifi-file sa Bulacan naman. Hintayin 'nyo na lang kung sino kasi malaking isda rin 'yon.
