The Beauty Face-Off Competition (BFOC) returned to the Lagos Makeup Fair this summer, bringing together creativity, colour and some of Nigeria’s emerging makeup talents.

The 16th edition of the Beauty Face-Off Competition (BFOC16) took place on 9 August 2026 at the 19th Lagos Makeup Fair Summer Edition (LMUF19) under the theme “Summer in Lagos.”
Ten makeup artists, selected from 40 applications, went head-to-head in a 45-minute live competition, each bringing their individual interpretation of summer beauty to life through colour, technique and creativity.
Glam by Teepha emerged as the winner of BFOC16, with Tifa’s Glam taking first runner-up and Mindy Brows emerging second runner-up.
