MANILA, Philippines — The Mandaluyong City police said a student may be responsible for the “security concern” that prompted La Salle Green Hills to switch to online synchronous classes as a precaution on Thursday.
“Initially, mayroon naman silang (school administration) person of interest. Sa ngayon, hindi natin pwedeng i-divulge. Na-confirm naman na dito talaga nag-aaral yung bata,” Mandaluyong City police chief Col. Reynan Patam said in an interview with reporters.

“Yung specific threat, may nagsabi lang yung ating nag-post sa Facebook na siya daw ay shooter. Yun yung pagkakasabi niya. Shooter. Naka-highlight yung term na shooter,” Patam also said.
