Applications for four data centers on land outside Austin, Texas, have been filed.
Two recent filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation outline plans for two 577,000 sq ft (53,605 sqm), single-story buildings at 6543 FM 535 in Cedar Creek. Both are set to see $700 million invested.
Construction on both EDCAUS31 and EDCAUS32 is set to run from October 2026 to December 2028.
