US operator EdgeConneX has filed to build two 730,000 sq ft (67,820 sqm) data centers in Bastrop County, Texas.
Dubbed EDCAUS11 and EDCAUS12, the facilities will be built on a 180-acre land parcel at 6682 FM 535 Cedar Creek that the company bought back in November 2025, located next to AUS02, one of the company’s in-development data centers.
Both facilities will be built on parcel 22339 – Bastrop CAD
The estimated cost of each facility is $700 million, according to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on May 26.
Both facilities are set to start construction in June, with estimated completion dates of December 2028.
