Strive, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASST) has added another 1,110 Bitcoin to its corporate treasury. The purchase, worth roughly $85.4 million based on recent prices, is the latest in a string of large-scale buys that have vaulted the firm into the top tier of publicly traded Bitcoin holders.
The accumulation playbook
Strive hasn’t been shy about how it funds these purchases. The company raises capital primarily through at-the-market sales of its common stock (ASST) and through its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, which trades under the ticker SATA.
The 1,110 BTC purchase, executed around May 22, was just one piece of a broader buying spree. Strive also acquired roughly 2,500 BTC in a separate transaction later in the period, spending approximately $185.2 million. Another purchase of 759 BTC followed shortly after, adding about $50 million more in Bitcoin exposure.
