Fadiel Adams, leader of the National Coloured Congress, returns to the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court to face serious fraud charges linked to a high-profile murder case.
National Coloured Congress leader and MP Fadiel Adams was released on R10 000 bail.
Fadiel Adams is expected to go on trial in September in the Pinetown Regional Court for alleged interference in the Sindiso Magaqa murder case.
Adams made a brief appearance in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court on Friday.
The court heard that the State had concluded its investigation and was ready for trial.
The matter was also transferred to the regional court for trial.
