MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued a show cause order against an actor who owns a supercar after the vehicle was found using an allegedly fake license plate on a public road.
The order was issued upon the directive of LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao following a verification that showed the plate number displayed on the vehicle had a different alphanumeric combination from its original motor vehicle license plate number.
The LTO did not identify the actor who owns the vehicle.
