Russia's seaborne oil product exports fell by 54.7% in July compared to the same month in 2025, to 3.93 million tonnes. Average daily shipments dropped by 33.3% compared to June.

Details: Drones have attacked a number of major Russian oil refineries in recent months. The damage has forced facilities to undergo unscheduled repairs, resulting in reduced oil processing, fuel production and exports.

The largest decline was in shipments through the Arctic ports of Murmansk and Arkhangelsk – down 85.4% compared to June, to 44,000 tonnes.
