Russia's crude oil refining runs jumped by nearly 80,000 barrels per day in July, as the country’s refining sector — the world’s third-largest by capacity — showed signs of recovery, with more refineries coming back from planned and unplanned maintenance caused by intense Ukrainian drone strikes.
