Ahead of its Made by Google hardware event on Wednesday, Google has unveiled an Apple AirTag competitor. The all-new Pixel Tag is the company's first-ever Bluetooth tracker.Just like the AirTag, the Pixel Tag will be sold individually for $29.99 and as a four-pack for $99.99. Google wasn't taking preorders for it at the time of writing, but it already has an official release date of Wednesday, Nov. 11, and a Google Store product page where shoppers can sign up for in-stock alerts. We'll update this story if and when Pixel Tag preorders go live.

The Pixel Tag is a thin, two-inch-long elliptical disc made from stainless steel. It's rated IP67 for protection against water and dust, and it comes in one "Fog" colorway with a silvery face and a light blueish back panel. (It perfectly matches the new fog Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel Watch 5, which Google also announced today.)
