Condemning the “unrealistic conditions” of new medical insurance scheme, pensioners staged a demonstration in front of the Collectorate here on Wednesday.Led by district president of the pensioners’ association, A. They said the Tamil Nadu Government, after scrapping the new medical insurance scheme, should draw pensioners-friendly medical insurance schemeThe insurance premium should be reverted back to ₹497 from the existing ₹644, they said.
