Portion of Zambales national highway impassable due to flood

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — A portion of the national highway in Subic, Zambales, is not passable to light vehicles as of Monday morning (Aug. 10) due to heavy flooding and unsafe road conditions.

Authorities said the affected portion is along the Barangay Ilwas to Mangan-Vaca route.
