Western Cape Police Commissioner, Lieutenant-General Sizakhele William Dyantyi, will be visiting the affected areas.
Police in the Western Cape have deployed more boots on the ground after 11 people were gunned down over the weekend.
Shooting incidents took place in Langa, Gugulethu, and Khayelitsha.
The provincial police spokesperson, Brigadier Novela Potelwa, said the shooting incidents are under investigation by detectives from the Provincial Serious Violent Crimes Unit.
In the first incident, three men, aged 25, 31, and 35, were shot and killed in TR Section in Lingelethu West in Khayelitsha at approximately 10.50pm on Saturday, August 8.
