True Corporation has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for academic cooperation with Thammasat University's Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University Hospital, and EGG Digital to advance the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare.The strategic partnership integrates medical expertise, advanced technology and digital solutions to drive Thailand's healthcare AI into reality.

The effort includes establishing the Thammasat-True AI Health Innovation Hub as a national platform for medical AI collaboration, focusing on integrating health data with digital technologies and AI to enhance patient care, streamline administrative operations, and elevate healthcare quality across all dimensions.

Furthermore, the partnership aims to build AI and digital health capabilities among students, faculty and healthcare professionals through customised curriculums co-developed with True Digital Academy, upskilling talent, advancing research, and accelerating practical AI-driven innovations that address real-world health challenges for Thais.

The MoU covers academic collaboration in research, education, workforce development, and the creation of medical innovations, tools and advanced equipment, said True.
