Gulf Edge, the digital infrastructure arm of Gulf Development Plc, and Cognizant, an artificial intelligence (AI) builder and global technology services provider, have announced a partnership to accelerate AI adoption across Thailand and support the country's transition towards an AI-native economy.As AI rapidly reshapes industries, economies and societies worldwide, the partnership aims to establish a foundational system to enable Thailand's next phase of digital transformation.
"Our partnership with Cognizant marks an important milestone in our vision of helping Thailand become an AI-native economy," said Sarath Ratanavadi, chief executive of Gulf Development.
The partnership initially focuses on accelerating AI adoption across banking and financial services, energy and utilities, healthcare, telecom, manufacturing and the public sector.
