Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar inaugurated The Magnum Carnival for children at the Lok Bhavan on Friday. The Governor, welcoming Rotary's initiative, praised their commitment to bringing joy, learning, and memorable experiences to underprivileged children as part of community service.The Magnum Carnival, which is into the eighth edition, organised by Rotary District 3234, would be taking more than 3,209 children selected from low economic background for a visit to the Vandalur zoo on Sunday (August 9).
