State Ministers V. Sampath Kumar and Rajmohan on Thursday called upon the people of Coimbatore to strongly patronise the 39th Government Exhibition they inaugurated at the VOC Grounds.The exhibition will serve purposeful for children, students and youth, Mr. Rajmohan, Minister for School Education, and Information and Public Relations, said.The government has an inclusive outlook, he said, referring to the reach of the welfare benefits worth ₹4 crore to varied segments of society through the schemes of 14 government departments.District Collector Pavankumar G. Giriappanavar, Corporation Commissioner Katta Ravi Teja and other senior officials took part.The exhibition features stalls put up by 26 government departments and six government undertakings.Talking to media persons during the course of the day, Mr. Rajmohan said all vacant posts of Physical Education Teachers in government schools will be filled shortly through Teachers’ Recruitment Board.
