ConocoPhillips (No. 75) promoted CFO and EVP of Strategy and Commercial Andy O’Brien to President and CEO, effective Sept. 1. O’Brien has been with the company since 1997 and will succeed Ryan Lance, who will retire and serve as transitional executive chair.
