HF Sinclair (No. 150) announced the termination of CFO Atanas Atanasov, who had been on leave since February after the company’s audit committee raised concerns. CEO Timothy Go also departed the company under a separation agreement. Franklin Myers, chair of the company’s board, will continue to serve as interim CFO; Chief Accounting Officer Vivek Garg will continue serving as acting CFO.
