PG&E (No. 176) appointed Alejandro “Alex” Vallejo as EVP, Chief People Officer, effective Sept. 30. Vallejo currently serves as Chief Risk Officer and SVP, Ethics and Compliance. He succeeds Kaled Awada, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
