Exelon (No. 192) appointed Elizabeth (Beth) Pitts-Madonna as SVP and CHRO, effective Jan. 1. Pitts-Madonna has spent the past 25 years of her career at Northrop Grumman (No. 110), and she most recently served as VP of Talent. She will succeed Denise Galambos, who is retiring after 21 years with Exelon.
