Marathon Petroleum (No. 29) appointed Maria A. Khoury EVP and CFO, effective Jan. 19. Khoury currently serves as VP, Group CFO Biotechnology for Danaher (No. 180) and will succeed John J. Quaid, who will stay with the company for a transition period.
