Two persons were killed in a road accident at Timmapuram under the Bheemunipatnam police station limits on Wednesday.According to the police, the accident occurred when a motorcycle, allegedly travelling at high speed, rammed into a car. Following the impact, the rider reportedly lost control of the bike, which then struck a woman pedestrian who was walking along the roadside.The pillion rider on the motorcycle died on the spot due to severe injuries. The woman pedestrian, who sustained critical injuries in the collision, was shifted to a hospital, where she later succumbed while undergoing treatment.
