Meet 27-year-old Constable Cleone Petersen, who serves in the Public Order Policing (POP) Unit in Potchefstroom, North West.
Petersen joined SAPS in 2022 and has been recognised for her commitment to professional development and community service.
Born and raised in Potchefstroom, she holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Governance, specialising in Public Administration, Labour Relations Management and Policing Practice.
According to SAPS, her academic background complements her policing duties by strengthening her focus on accountability, modern policing and building public trust.
