The accident occurred at 6.17pm on Wit Road near the N17 freeway in Selection Park.
Ekurhuleni EMS spokesperson William Ntladi said both drivers were adult men driving SUVs.
They suffered fatal injuries and were declared dead at the scene by paramedics.
