Three men die and one injured in horror rollover on Soweto Highway interchange.
A devastating single-vehicle crash on the interchange between the Soweto Highway and the N17 in Orlando, Soweto, claimed the lives of three men on Sunday morning, while a fourth occupant was left injured.
According to the Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD), the accident occurred when a Peugeot carrying four occupants lost control before crashing and rolling down the embankment linking the Soweto Highway and the N17.
JMPD officers, together with Emergency Medical Services (EMS), responded swiftly to the scene following reports of the crash.
Despite their efforts, three male occupants sustained fatal injuries and were declared dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel.
