BANTAY, Ilocos Sur — Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was discovered in a flooded rice field beside a motorcycle along a farm-to-market road in Barangay Capangdanan here early Sunday morning, Aug. 2.
The victim was found by a jogger who noticed the man lying motionless near the roadway and immediately alerted the Bantay Municipal Police Station.
Responding officers proceeded to the scene and conducted an initial examination.
