MANILA, Philippines — The Tarlac Provincial Police Office on Wednesday said it was investigating an incident in which two people were found dead inside a car stopped along the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEx).
In a statement, the provincial police said the car was found along the southbound segment of TPLEx in Barangay San Francisco in Victoria town, Tarlac, also on Wednesday, but it did not provide any further details.
“At present, the incident is currently undergoing a thorough investigation by the authorities with the help of the Tarlac Forensic Unit,” the provincial police explained.
