‘Flip-Flop Knee-Jerk’: Ex-IDAC Boss Andrea Johnson Accused of Intimidation and Constant U-Turns at Madlanga Inquiry

State Advocate for the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC), Advocate Drushanta Ramsamy, raised fresh allegations against her former boss, Advocate Andrea Johnson, while testifying before the Madlanga Commission on Thursday.

Johnson, who resigned as head of the specialised unit earlier this week, completed six days of testimony before the commission on Wednesday.

Given Ramsamy’s testimony, a Rule 3 Notice is likely to be issued by the commission to allow Johnson an opportunity to respond to the allegations.
