SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — A total of 176 uniformed personnel of the Police Regional Office-13 (PRO 13) were promoted during simultaneous oath-taking and rank-pinning ceremonies in Butuan City on Wednesday, July 29.
Brig. Gen. Marcial Mariano Magistrado IV, Caraga police director, administered the oath and led the donning and pinning of ranks at the PRO 13 grandstand at Camp Col. Rafael C. Rodriguez in Barangay Libertad.
