MANILA, Philippines — The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) flagged nine individuals and groups allegedly linked to online efforts to disrupt President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s State of the Nation Address (Sona), officials said Wednesday.
