Following a multi-phase special operation, the Security Service of Ukraine detained two Russian agents who were planning to assassinate Ukrainian servicemen in the Kharkiv region.

The special operation was personally coordinated by the head of the Ukrainian security service, Major General Oleksandr Poklad.
According to the investigation, the detainees were carrying out tasks for the Russian FSB. Both were recruited remotely via Telegram channels advertising “easy money.”
Initially, the enemy agents carried out test missions: They took photos and videos of specific targets and set a military vehicle on fire. Later, they were involved in an attempt to kill Ukrainian defenders during a “charity” party, which was actually organized by Russian intelligence services.
