Urban Harvest, the business-to-business food supply platform operated by Momentum Private Limited, has raised Rs 341.4 crore in a Series D funding round backed by a diverse syndicate of 58 investors.

The round includes participation from Info Edge Capital’s IE Venture Investment Fund II, J&A Partners, Sandeep Kapadia, Renu Sehgal Trust, LC Nueva Advisors, Madhuri Madhusudan Kela and the Gauri Khan Family Trust, among several family offices, institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.

The company has approved the issue of 42,013 compulsorily convertible preference shares at Rs 81,260 each, taking the total fundraise to Rs 341.39 crore.

The fresh capital is likely to support Urban Harvest’s next phase of expansion.

Founded in 2019 by Sidhantt Suri, Urban Harvest supplies fresh produce, food ingredients and other kitchen essentials to hotels, restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens.
