FA Gifts Private Limited, the Gurugram-based company behind online gifting platform FlowerAura and bakery brand Bakingo, has raised nearly Rs 100 crore from two funds managed by private equity firm Faering Capital.
The company allotted 7,436 Series B compulsory convertible preference shares to the investors after receiving the subscription money.
The allotment was approved by FA Gifts’ board on July 30, 2026, according to the board resolution.
The investors are Faering Capital International Growth Fund III, which received 2,505 shares, and Faering Capital Growth Fund III, which received 4,931 shares.
Both are alternative investment funds managed by Faering Capital, an Indian private equity firm focused on growth-stage businesses across areas including consumer and retail.
