D2C dairy and foods brand Sid’s Farm has secured over ₹81 crore in capital. The fresh capital raise was completed as part of the company’s Pre-Series B funding round. Major investors leading the transaction included Omnivore, NSFO, Dodla Dairy, Next Bharat Ventures, and LIO, along with a consortium of other institutional investors.The capital will be deployed to strengthen the company’s supply chain while expanding its overall manufacturing and distribution footprint. Sid’s Farm also intends to direct funds toward product innovation, reinforcing its partnerships with dairy farmers, and accelerating expansion into new geographic regions.Addressing the capital raise, Founder Dr Kishore Indukuri noted, “This investment is a vote of confidence by our partners in our long-term vision of establishing India’s most trusted dairy brand that embodies safety as an inseparable ingredient of our products at every step of the value chain from the farm to the family’s doorstep.”Founded in 2016 by IIT Kharagpur alumnus and UMass Amherst PhD graduate Dr Kishore Indukuri, Sid’s Farm provides direct-to-consumer dairy products to more than 50,000 families across multiple cities.
