Real Madrid is pursuing a transfer for 19-year-old Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig. The Spanish club’s opening offer of €90 million fixed plus €10 million in performance-related add-ons was rejected, with no agreement confirmed as of late July 2026.

Leipzig values Diomande between €120 million and €130 million, according to reports from The Athletic, Sky Germany, and transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano. The German club has signaled its intention to keep the winger for at least one more season, potentially through the 2026/27 campaign.

Leipzig signed Diomande from their own reserve team on 16 July 2025, activating a €20 million release clause. His contract with Leipzig runs through 2030, which gave the German side considerable leverage in negotiations.

Born on 14 November 2006, Diomande is an Ivorian international who plays as a winger. His career began in lower-tier Spanish football before scouts identified his talent ahead of his move to Leipzig.
