Habagat to keep rains over W. Visayas until Saturday – Pagasa

ILOILO CITY – Occasional rains will continue to affect Iloilo, Antique, Guimaras, and Negros Occidental provinces through Saturday afternoon as the southwest monsoon or habagat, enhanced by Tropical Storm Kiyapo, persists over Western Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In its 8 p.m. weather bulletin, Pagasa said Kiyapo was last located over the coastal waters of Calayan Island in Calayan, Cagayan as of 7 p.m. FEATURED STORIES
