Princess Sihle Mdhluli, also known as Ndlunkulu (Queen) Mawewe, has shared her joy following the successful completion of her lobola negotiations with AmaZulu monarch King Misuzulu kaZwelithini.

On Saturday, July 18, King Misuzulu travelled to Nkomazi Village in Mpumalanga with a delegation of senior royal officials to formally negotiate and conclude the lobola process with the Mdhluli family.

Reports indicate that, as part of the traditional proceedings, the King paid a lobola of 70 cattle and presented the family with additional gifts.

Following the celebrations, Mdhluli took to Instagram to give her followers a glimpse into the milestone occasion, sharing a carousel of photographs from both the lobola negotiations and the umembeso ceremony.
