The Durban High Court has issued a stern warning to members of the public attending the murder trial against Ferrel and Darren Govender not to intimidate, threaten or interfere with journalists covering the proceedings.
The warning followed concerns raised by senior State Advocate Krishen Shah before the murder trial of Shailen Singh resumed on Wednesday.
Singh was killed, allegedly by the brothers, in December 2024.
Shah informed the court that a journalist had allegedly been intimidated by individuals connected to the matter.
