MANILA, Philippines — A rider who assaulted another motorist in a viral road rage incident in Marikina City has been summoned by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), the agency said on Tuesday.
Citing a police report, the LTO said that the suspect allegedly shouted at another motorcycle rider which led to a heated confrontation.
The agency also noted that the altercation resulted in physical injuries and damage to the vehicle of the victim.
