CABANATUAN CITY, Philippines — Police will file a case against a criminology student who figured in a road rage incident involving a truck driver on Vergara Highway here, a confrontation captured on video that has since gone viral on social media.
In a statement on Sunday, the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO) said the truck driver and uploader of the viral video, identified as Elvis Orita, is scheduled to appear before the Cabanatuan City Police Station (CCPS) to proceed with the filing of an appropriate complaint.
Police said they had initially identified the individuals featured in the video as students of a Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU)-Cabanatuan.
