In the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces launched repeated strikes on the site where firefighters were working to clear up the aftermath of a previous Russian attack; three rescue workers were injured.

According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.

“Three rescuers from the local fire department were injured as a result of the Russian strike,” the statement reads.

Russian forces fired on them while they were extinguishing a fire in a residential building in the Nikopol district.

Specialists from the State Emergency Service quickly arrived at the scene, provided first aid to the victims, and transported them to the hospital.
