Russian forces carried out a second attack on rescuers while they were extinguishing a fire caused by previous strikes in Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk region.
According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
Emergency responders and local firefighters were extinguishing dry vegetation fires on the grounds of private households. The fires had been caused by previous enemy strikes. At that moment, Russian forces carried out another drone attack, the State Emergency Service said.
The first two strikes damaged firefighting and rescue equipment, while the third strike caused a State Emergency Service vehicle to catch fire.
No personnel were injured.
