Ukraine's customs service generated UAH 220.9 billion in state budget revenues in April-June 2026, UAH 55.2 billion more than in the same period in 2025.
According to Ukrinform, the figures are contained in a report titled "Customs Review: Ukrainian Customs – Development Despite the War," prepared by the Finance Ministry, the State Customs Service, and Ukraine's international partners.
"In the second quarter of 2026, customs authorities generated UAH 220.9 billion in state budget revenues, UAH 55.2 billion more than in the same period last year. At the same time, businesses received UAH 104.9 billion in customs duty exemptions during the customs clearance of imported goods, up 37.5% year-on-year, for socially important products," the report says.
According to the report, Ukraine's total trade turnover in the second quarter of this year amounted to $36.8 billion, compared with $29.9 billion in the second quarter of last year. Imports totaled $25.9 billion (compared with $19.8 billion in the same period last year), while exports reached $10.9 billion (compared with $10.1 billion in the second quarter of 2025). The figures indicate the continued recovery of Ukraine's foreign trade.
The report notes that on June 22, Ukraine successfully migrated to NCTS Phase 6 under the Opt-In model, becoming one of the first countries participating in the Convention on a Common Transit Procedure to implement the new version of the system.
