Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha drew the attention of Cardinal Matteo Zuppi of the Holy See to the humanitarian situation in the Russian-occupied communities of Oleshky and Hola Prystan, where thousands of civilians urgently need a humanitarian corridor.

According to Ukrinform, Sybiha shared details of the meeting in Kyiv in a post on X.

It was a pleasure to welcome Cardinal Matteo Zuppi back to Kyiv after our meeting in Rome this April.
