The Stellenbosch University Chamber Choir.

The prestigious Endler Concert Series is set to make a triumphant return to Stellenbosch University this month, launching the highly anticipated first half of its second season with an eclectic showcase of classical, choral, and contemporary music.

Running from July to September, the meticulously curated programme promises to transform the historic Endler and Fismer Halls into vibrant hubs of cultural expression, bringing together acclaimed local virtuosos, rising stars, and celebrated international collaborators.

The season ignites on Friday, 24th July at 7pm with "Journey of the Soul," a flagship prestige concert featuring the exceptional talents of clarinettist Féroll-Jon Davids, cellist Rosamund Roth, and pianist Nina Schumann. Centred on the mystical elements of musical storytelling, their recital will weave together works by Robert Muczynski, Johannes Brahms, and Robert Schumann, offering a deeply introspective exploration of human emotion and rhythmic vitality.

Following this grand opening, choral music takes centre stage on Friday, 31st July, as the Stellenbosch University Chamber Choir presents "Voices Without Borders". Under the dual direction of conductors Lunathi Ncamani and Martin Berger, the gala event will celebrate the unifying power of voice, seamlessly bridging the rich, vibrant colours of South African choral traditions with inspiring works from the global repertoire.
