The Springboks cannot afford to overplay outside centre Jesse Kriel as Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry against the All Blacks looms.

Two Tests and a friendly into the season, Kriel has become one of the few Boks who simply hasn’t been able to put his feet up.

While Rassie Erasmus has rotated his squad to build depth during the Nations Championship and give players opportunities, the experienced centre has remained a fixture in the starting XV.
