The South African National Roads Agency Limited (Sanral) has confirmed that its CEO, Reginald Demana, has resigned with effect August 31.
Demana will move to a new, not yet known, position in the financial services sector.
Demana joined Sanral as CEO in January 2023.
During his tenure, Sanral made significant progress on strategic infrastructure projects, including the R573 Moloto road, N2 Wild Coast road, N2-N3 KwaZulu-Natal upgrades, the N2 corridor in Mpumalanga and the N1 south corridor, says the State-owned roads company in a statement.
These projects encompass both toll and non-toll road portfolios.
